SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Conference 2023

You can find all the papers / conference proceedings from our previous edition top on the page. It's a pleasure to inform you that some of our previous events papers were indexed in Web of Science (former ISI).

REVIEW POLICY
This review policy is followed for all academic papers submitted to conferences managed by a Conference. In the first instance, contributors are asked to submit a 100-200 word abstract of their work. The conference selection panel considers all abstracts that are received by the published closing date. At this stage the key issue is the relevance of the proposed contribution. Providing the work is relevant then the author(s) are invited to submit a full paper of a maximum of 10 pages.

When the full paper is submitted, it is double-blind reviewed by a member of the Conference Review Committee. This review focuses on 10 issues intended to ensure that the paper is relevant to the conference, is of a sufficiently high quality to be accepted for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings and meets the submission criteria laid down by the scientific committee. A copy of the review form that is sent to reviewers can be seen here.

In the event that a reviewer rejects a paper, a second opinion will be taken and the final decision about acceptance made by the scientific committee chair. Submission dates can be found on the web page of the conference.

VIRTUAL ONLINE PRESENTATION

Researchers who are unable to resolve the funding issue concerning the conference expenses will be provided with an alternative approach for participation (Virtual Online Presentation). Those who would like to make their presentations online from their home countries will also be awarded with a certificate and their papers will be considered for publications similar to other participants as if they were present physically.

Those who would like to make use of the Virtual Online Presentation facility will be requested to send their virtual posters or other soft copy materials such as power point presentations to the secretariat. Both the papers and those electronic materials will be exposed during the conference on available screens situated in the hall for poster presentations. Each and every virtual poster or paper presentation will be associated with an electronic forum through which the participants may e-interact with the researchers and authors during and even after the conference. The researchers who receive such feedback, questions, suggestions or opinions will be expected to contribute in a similar way through providing answers to questions and replying to any feedback given by the participants of the conference.

In addition, these participants who would prefer to make use of the Virtual Online Presentation facility may also contribute to the conference through video conferencing. Such participants will need to be well equipped at their side so that they can actively take part in the video conferences and also, they will be expected to send their presentation materials to the conference secretariat before they make their presentations in an interactive manner.

If you are interested in Virtual participation to our conference, please send an email) to the organizing team (support@multidisciplinary-research.com). The details will be announced later on the conference web site.
